Cancellation and prepayment policies for Hotel Santa Caterina, Hotel Aracoeli and Piccolo Hotel Olina

1) 7 days cancellation
Contract type: Hotel Collect
Basic Policy: Custom Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 5 days before 11.59pm CET on the day of check-in will not be charged any penalty.
Travelers who cancel between 11.59pm CET on the fifth day prior to arrival and the day of check-in (including no-shows) will be charged the full cost of their stay.
